Cassava Croquettes with cheese

Ingredients:

Grated cassava, cheese, vegetable oil, annatto and salt.

Cooking Instructions

Deep Fryer:

  1. Preheat oil to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Without defrosting fry for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Drain and place on paper towel and serve.

Oven:

  1. Preheat oil to 350ºF and place the cassava croquettes on baking sheet without defrosting.
  2. Cook between 12 – 15 minutes until golden or a desired.

Microwave:

  1. On a microwave container, place the croquettes.
  2. Heat on HIGH between 2 – 4 minutes until golden or as desired .
