Fried Plantains

Ingredients: 

Plantains vegetable oil.

Cooking Instructions

Deep Fryer:

  1. Preheat oil to 350ºF  (180ºF).
  2. Place small amount of plantains in fryer.
  3. Fry for 4 to 5  minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Drain and place on paper towel and serve.

Pan Fryer:

  1. Preheat oil to 350ºF  (180ºF).
  2. Place small amount of plantains in fryer.
  3. Use enough oil  to cover all plantains.
  4. Drain and place on paper towel and serve.
